I started my career after I obtained a B.A. Degree in Art and Design at Norwich School of Art. From there I was a Visualiser and Graphic Designer for a Nottingham-based agency for 12 years. I then went on to freelance in graphic design alongside creating a successful Garden Design business. Once I left full time employment, I went on to study Chinese Brush Painting for 2 years.
I work primarily in watercolour, taking inspiration from nature to create landscape, animal and floral paintings. I have recently been exploring the world of textiles through felt making, tapestry, weaving and scrappy embroidery projects, as well as crochet and knitting.
